When trying to login just keeps disconnecting over and over.

After a horribly long time of downloading, trying to play just gets to the login screen and instantly says disconnected.

 

My Firewall and AV are disabled, everything else closed out, just this game running.  I press any key to continue and just instant disconnect again.

 

Is this region locked?  Im under the impression it is not.  Im in the USA.

yep same problem after 7hrs of downloading and waiting only to not be able to play.

If it helps, this is happening on 3 different computers.  Win 7, Win 8, Win 10.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the game. Have you followed the registration tutorial? (Link here: https://forums.idcga...al-closed-beta/ ).

 

It is very important that you redeem the code on the screen that is described in the tutorial (step 9).

 

Please let us know if the problem persist.

followed the registration tutorial and i still have problem with connect. Everytime says "disconnected" when i must click any button after click play on launcher.

Have the same problem a pop up windows appears on split second and  i read it "Accont Error" and disconnect all the time.

Edited: made a new account and do all in the registration tutorial now game works fine. Why on old accont don't work?

Same here just made a new account with a different key and now the game works and both my accounts say they have cbt1 access but only the new account can login.

Hello,

 

1/ Same problem here. I followed this post: https://forums.idcga...e-dinscription/ . When I launch the game from the IDC game app, I go to the the press any key screen (which is only mouse buttons, by the way, keyboard keys do nothing), I got the disconnected from server message, with a popup I can't read (disapears too fast).

1-bis/ I couldn't find any way to exit the game, so I'm forced to alt-tab and kill it from the windows toolbar ...

 

2/ The windows menu shortcut launches the game, but the updater fails (with a retry button)

2-bis/ If I launch it manually as administrator, the update (check, as my game is updated) is done, but the "Play" button does nothing

 

I tried restarting the computer, no change.

Actually many of these errors should be fixed by now, please try to log in again and let us know how it goes.

Yes, I did follow the guide exactly when I registered, but I had a pre-exisiting account, I'm not sure if that matters.  I will get a new key and make a new account for testing purposes.  Although after this tiny patch this morning I'm unable to even click on Play, the button has no function.

Hi

For the users having the problem of the "server disconnect" : Create a new account from scratch using a simple email registration.

For the users with the launcher/update problem: we will be publishing tomorrow a link with a full client download.

Guyz just start game via IDC games launcher. not via launcher.exe :) thats all.

Ok so I was able to play the game and got to level 30 with my first character.  Tried to login in today and make a second and try out and now I keep getting disconnected like I was with my first account I had created.

When I click on the play button the Game crashes. So now I'm reinstalling. I got email that my beta key was redeem.
