okay since im getting no reply from the support since a week im going to try it here.

I tried to switch from steam to the idc launcher a week ago and nothing is working.

After the update for zula finished it said checking files for about 5-10min and kept crashing on and on with the message: func failed 404.

i hope for an actual fix message for this problem instead of getting send to the "support service" again.

You game is garbage really! I m your customer atleast 2 years and i have problems all the time! You dont even try to help your customers! I cant find anyone to help me, your support and customer service are trash and i cant use your game again! Every 15 days i have a problem. Why you dont help us here Instead of saying to people go to customer service or send to support platform when they dont get help there??   0/10 customer support!!
