I can't enter the game!

When I try to open the game, this screen comes and I don't know how can I enter the game. Only 4 buttons displays: Home Page, Account ID, Settings and Exit. Settings button doesn't work and there is no Play or Start button to enter the game. Is this a bug or how can I enter?

Was there ever a resolution to this issue? I am having this same problem. By the way, inundating your support team for everything is poor customer service. Perhaps you may be so inclined to actually post fixes?
