Hi, so for some reason my FPS is capped at 58.

• Yes, my monitor only has 60Hz, Yet it's forced to 77hz, All other games have no problems except this one.
• Before you say it's the cable, I'm using DVI Cable.
• Yes, im sure my monitor's hz is at 77hz.
• I'm on Fullscreen, and it shouldn't be capped at 58 FPS when i press F11, and if it's not capped at 58 it's at 60 on lobby, I shouldn't be forced to play at Windowed Fullscreen since it gives me input delay and i wanna play at 1440x900 ingame, my desktop is at 1920x1080, and i'm not going to change desktop res since this is a game problem, not mine

So any help is appreciated.

Just noticed it depends on the map, im either capped at 58 or 57. nice.
