Time to open up about idc games customer service.

I have had ALOT of problems with them lately, especially with purchasing zula gold. I am going to write now about this particular problem.

I started having issues with zula gold purchasing on august 2017. We had long chat about how I could possibly fix it, but nothing they said worked. After a long talk, they claimed that problem is in my side and they told that they cannot help me with this issue. After their piece of shit customer service, I left the game for few months.

I started playing the game again on december. This weird error message during gold purchase was magically fixed for a while, untill it happend once again... This time I told idc game about the issue and they actually answered to me, that my problem is now fixed. After they fixed it, I probably bought 2 times more gold and then it started giving me the error message once again....

I contacted to support again and this time they told me to wait untill they fix the problem. I asked for exp boost as compensation, which they provided. I would have quitted the game if they would not have given that (I asked for 100% exp boost, they gave me 50% one for 5 days. If I would have known that this issue is still occuring after 10days, I would have asked alot more compensation).

10 days has passed and the problem is still not fixed, on top of that their support is ongoing a maintenance (its weird how support page maintenance can take 3 days.. when game maintenances takes only few hours), which means that I am not able to check my tickets.

Today I checked my email and they wrote me, that have I tried to buy zula gold without adblock on.<

They told me to do this on august 2017, but obviosly they havent even read my tickets well enough. However, I tried to buy zula gold again without adblock and it didnt work (Suprise) and the thing is, even if it would have worked. I am not able to buy special pop-up offers through game client/website. These special offers are alot better value for our money, so of course I rather spend my money on those.

Then they told me to use paysafe as payment method, meanwhile they are fixing the problem. After they send this email to me I was highly dissapointed to their customer service. I have sent them SO MANY videos in the past, where they can clearly see what payment methods I have available > which are paypal and steam (which in my understading is only for steam users... Unfortunatley I am not able to log in with my current account on steam.).

If there would be more payment methods for me, I would not have started this whole fight about these payment errors, because I could have simply used other payment methods..

Its ridicilous how idc games treats us. Zula is a great game, (even with its many flaws...) too bad that there is just wrong company handling support and such... This particular payment error problem is not the only reason why I am so unhappy with idc games, however this thread is only about payment error issue.

never had problems with customer service i usually was getting answer same day or day later

You are one user having this issue between tons of users. We are checking it today, we did it yesterday and we have been doing it during all the week. We told you some possible solutions.

As i said, our team is checking this issue and we will try to find the solution as soon as possible. Today our IT is applying a fix and we hope it will resolve your issue.

It is Upsetter here :) , you know I am zula EU producer.

 

I am sorry about this happening to you. The issue you are having is really weird as we have every week many payments by paypal with no issues, but some reason you and another couple of users are having this.

 

I was checking this these past few days with our website and payments team to try to find a solution and I think they found sonething they will be applying today in order to fix it.

 

Also this week we are upgrading our support system , Kayako, to the newest version and is also giving us some hell and has happened at the same time.

 

Again, sorry for the inconveniences and be sure we will fix this asap.

It would have been just fair to add that to me, since I missed ALOT of those meanwhile I had problems with payments.... How often does special offers pop up? I have been waiting for few days now, still none.
